These guys ROCK!!! We bought a travel trailer and the guy we purchased it from gave me the receiver as it was an anti sway and it didnt look correct and leaving for AL the next morning I wanted to have it checked out so I went across the street to these guys. Upon inspection they found that it was missing the shims that keep it from tilting. Needless to say they got it all fixed up good as new and ready to go. Its comforting to know there are still honest companies out here that put customer satisfaction above all else, they couldve easily told me it was broke and I needed a new one. Thanks again guys and keep up the great work!!!

Installed our new hitch on our travel trailer. Flexible with timing and reasonably priced, but more importantly they were super friendly and handled our multiple mistakes and missing parts really well. We lost the keys to our old hitch and they had to get creative with getting it off but they rolled with our issues without any problems

I picked up our new ProPride P3 hitch direct from the manufacturer but following my spinal fusion needed help getting it installed. Less than a day into our recent 6 week shake-down trip, it was blatantly obvious that the hitch sold to us by the dealership where we got our Arctic Fox was woefully insufficient! My father-in-law recommended Pine Ridge, and Dennis was great to work with via email while on the road to be scheduled for installation when back in Cincinnati for two weeks. Today the team did a great job with the installation. The tow home was significantly better than all previous towing with the old hitch. Very glad the pros at Pine Ridge tackled this very complex instead and charged a fair price.

2 days into our cross country trip (1 year of planning), we experienced a potential trip ending mechanical issue with our travel trailer. We made it to our campground in Batesville Indiana, where a mobile RV tech recommended Pine Ridge (across from the KOA). I called them 5 minutes before they closed, & we were told to come in first thing in the morning. Their mechanic, Elton, took care of us right away & literally SAVED OUR VACATION!!! After discovering & fixing the initial problem (a manufacturing flaw), he thoroughly checked all of our wheels to ensure no other problems existed (he found another & fixed that too). They not only have a FANTASTIC mechanic, they had the parts we needed. Our trip was saved by Elton & Pine Ridge Trailers. I cant say enough great things about them!

Long time client. Elton always goes nice and beyond. Had a small electrical issue this past week. Dropped it Sunday so it was there first thing Monday and hopefully have it back in time for this weekends horse show. the small electrical issue turned into him identifying 2 potentially troublesome and dangerous issues. On top of his already booked schedule he got the electric issue taken care of and fixed the 2 things he found and still had it all done for me to pickup in time to make the show!
